Each day, one parent helper brings a snack, generally a protein/carbohydrate
food*, and the other parent helper brings fruit.
Snack parent helper: please avoid foods that are loaded with sugar.

Birthdays
Please refer to Rules and Regulations with regard to the birthday policy
and snacks.
Allergies
Please look for the Allergies List for each class the teacher has posted
in the classroom and refrain from bringing those items for snack.
