Rose City Cooperative Preschool is located in Northeast Portland, Oregon, in the Rose City Park neighborhood. We are located in, but not affiliated with, the Rose City Park United Methodist Church, where we enjoy a wonderfully bright classroom and spacious basement play area (with two jungle gyms and year-round bike-riding).
We operate on the cooperative model, and all parents help in the classroom at least once per month, and volunteer for a job outside the classroom as well.

Summer Picnics
July and August, every Tuesday from 11AM to 1PM.Location: Rose City Park, located at 62nd and Tillamook.
Bring a lunch , blanket, and sunscreen and come join the fun.
Our teacher, Teresa Miller, will join us July 1st and August 12th.
This is a great opportunity to visit with other parents and get to know the children of RCCP.
Mandatory Orientation Meeting- August 26th at 7:00 PM
This meeting is for all new and returning families. Both parents are encouraged to attend. We will meet in the parlor, downstairs at the church. Complimentary childcare will be provided, but it is preferred that parents/guardians use a babysitter if they have access to one.You may enter the building of the west side off 58th and go down stairs to get to both rooms.
* Please bring a checkbook and calendar.
* We will be signing up for parent help days for the entire year.
* We will also discuss any questions about the Parent Handbook.
